Fans of stripped-down, beat-heavy rock have reason to celebrate as GoLab is slated to perform this week. A synthesizer and drums duo, GoLab is comprised of Joel Roberts and John Hubbell, who are picking up the vibe left off by New Age rockers like Joy Division and Pet Shop Boys.
Psyche yourself up for the show with their videos on YouTube, particularly “Ping Pong Pang” which, with its pulsing beat, evokes the work of Giorgio Moroder. GoLab will be joined by special guests Kuber, Violent Bloom and The Matt Truman Ego Trip. All ages welcome.
