Celebrate the Jazz Collective’s first anniversary at The Toledo Club this Sunday, Apr. 28 from 2 pm to 6 pm.
The event is free to the public and includes a day full of wonderful live performances. Donations are accepted and can be made on the website.
Performers include both local musicians and musicians from abroad, according to the Jazz Collective, including Paul Keller Big Band, Sunny Wilkinson, Wendell Harrison, Keigo Hirakara, Barbara Ware, Gene Parker and more.
“Get ready for an explosion of Jazz,” the Jazz Collective said on their Facebook.

Musicians will be found in both the Centennial Room and Red Room at The Toledo Club.

Centennial Room:
- Intro – Eastwood High School Jazz Orchestra
- 2:00 – Paule Keller Big Band
- 4:30 – Lori Lefevre
- 5:15 – Calvin Hughes
Red Room:
- 2:50 – Calvin Hughes
- 3:10 – Sunny Wilkins
- 4:00 – Andre Wright with special guests Keigo Hirakawa & Wendell Harrison
- 5:00 – Barbara Ware
- 5:30 – Gene Parker
The Jazz Collective has been taking over The Peacock Cafe every Thursday from 7pm to 10pm since 2022. The group brings local, regional and national jazz musicians to perform in The Glass City every week.
