The Toledo-Lucas County Public Library is proud to present the 9th Annual Film Focus Festival. Don’t miss The Festival of Shorts, which features nine short films covering topics from Dracula to prom to cursed books and more. The following week’s screening, will be the emotional and social documentary The Light In Her Eyes, a documentary and official juried selection from the Dubai International Film Festival.
