Calling all ghouls and bats, Louisiana Avenue has been transformed into a Octoboofest, a fall fes- tival with all sorts of entertainment. Feel the spooktacular spirit of Halloween, as the day is filled with entertainment from hay rides to street performers, as well as a petting zoo and delicious fall edibles like candy apples, popcorn and hot apple cider. The pumpkin carving display features over 500 carved gourds, to be lit every night through Halloween.
