Visit the old country during the 41st Annual Birmingham Ethnic Festival. Dig into the famous chicken paprikas and kolbasz, dance along with heritage dance groups, and engage the kids with crafts and games. And make sure you don’t miss the 20th Annual Waiters Race on Friday at 7pm, where teams will race carrying trays of beer— and this year, there’s a heat between the Toledo Fire Department and the Toledo Police Department.
