Anything goes

Toledo Repertory Theatre’s “Edgy Rep” series usually takes a more recent, contemporary play that might not have the drawing power to sustain a two or three week run due to material that audiences may find slightly... well... ” edgy” (ie. not of the mainstream).

Producing laughs

On Friday, May 18, the Monroe Community Players will roll out the laughs with the opening of their latest production, a staging of Mel Brooks’ beloved musical, The Producers.

Long live the (new) king

Don’t miss a long-lost Toledo tradition that’s come roaring back in recent years, as the King Wamba Carnival Parade launches this year’s Old West End Festival.

On the rebound

It’s one of the many nice things about Toledoans. We tend to forgive and forget. That trait is especially pronounced when it comes to city politics.
