True Story Musical ‘Come From Away’ on stage

The Village Players are bringing Come From Away to the stage, telling the remarkable true story of 7,000 airline passengers unexpectedly stranded in the small town of Gander, Newfoundland, following the events of Sept. 11, 2001. The acclaimed musical celebrates kindness, resilience and thepower of human connection during an extraordinary moment in history. Adults $25; Students $20. The Pirates of Penzance Sets Sail at Toledo Rep This Fall

Set sail for laughter with The Pirates of  Penzance, the beloved comic opera by W.S. Gilbert and Arthur Sullivan. This timeless production follows Frederic, a young man mistakenly
apprenticed to a band of kindhearted pirates, as he attempts to leave the swashbuckling life behind. The show delivers a delightful mix of romance, satire and musical comedy. September 18-October 4. $16.25 – $29.25. Fridays 7:30pm, Saturdays, 7:30pm, Sundays
