Harbor, a mental health service provider, is teaming up with the Mental Health and Recovery Services Board of Northwest Ohio to present a discussion about Sam Quinones’ harrowing book Dreamland. A look at the opiate epidemic over the course of 15 years, Dreamland follows its story from the streets to the clinics and all places in between. The discussion will take place via Zoom.
