Combining R&B and other upbeat music with yoga, instructor Jaimee Pettis leads two yoga classes to get your flow on. On Saturday, February 2 at 4:15-5:15pm, Trap Yoga provides an opportunity to practice yoga to a playlist featuring Lil Boosie, Gucci Mane, Tee Grizzley, and more. Soulful Sundays takes place 4:45-5:45pm Sunday, February 10 and provides a relaxing environment to calm your soul with R&B tracks. Register in advance to either class.
