Downtown Toledo’s newest art space, Delightful Art Gallery, will expand their walls and love of art to literary and audio art, giving patrons and performers the opportunity to broadcast their work in a safe environment. “This is a completely different atmosphere from your standard bar room open mic,” said Dee Brown, the gallery’s owner. Paint by Words! will showcase artists that paint pictures with words and brushes. Illustration will be taken to the next level during this inspiring evening. Local poet and emcee Lylanne Musselman will host the evening. First come, first up to the mic, so no need to sign up in advance.
