Can you tell me how to get, how to get to…no, not to that popular kiddie TV destination, but to Avenue Q, a skewed semi-autobiographical, slightly controversial comic musical about young people struggling to make it in the Big City and an affectionate parody of certain puppet-based shows we all grew up watching. See a mix of live actors and slightly familiar puppets as they sing and dance their way through cult classic tunes like Everyone’s a Little Bit Racist and The Internet is For Porn. If you hadn’t guessed, the show isn’t necessarily for kids, puppets or not, but it’s a warm, friendly feel-good time for teens and up. May 11, 12, 18 & 19, 8pm.
