Gender dissonance

After its premiere at the Sundance Film Festival, The Mask You Live In will appear onscreen at Toledo School for the Arts early next month. The documentary explores the dissonance created by false masculinity stereotypes, and explains how the phrase “be a man” can be irreparably harmful in a society where 78% of all suicides are committed by men.
