Chasing Ice, the 2014 Emmy Award Winning Documentary Film

During monthly meetings, local group, Climate Hope, examines environmental issues and discusses what we can do, as individuals and as a collective whole, to combat climate change. Led by Jodi Haney, retired Science Eduation and Environmental Studies professor at BGSU and Sam Evans, a science teacher at Maumee High School, join Climate Hope Goes to the Movies with a screening of Chasing Ice, the 2014 Emmy Award Winning documentary film that features time-lapse photography to show the alarming effects of global warming on glacial ice. Emphasizing solutions and hope over fear, the presenters will follow the film screening with an informative discussion and Q&A.
