Toledo will be on national television for all to see as HGTV’s popular show, House Hunters scopes out the Toledo area for potential homes. The episode will feature Mr. Andy Berkhoudt, a local real estate agent for Key Realty, and his clients, April and Phil Rumschlag. Mr. Berkhoudt will take the Rumschlag’s to three single family homes in the Toledo market. Several well-known areas like the Toledo Museum of Art and the Toledo Zoo will be featured as meeting grounds for the group to discuss the different property options. By the end of the episode, the couple will decide which house will become their new home. The episode will air on Thursday, June 23 at 10pm on HGTV’s House Hunters.
