Ada Aesthetics, a division of Dermatology Associates, Inc., makes the health and beauty of your skin the number one priority. To better serve our patients, Ada offers two locations for your convenience: Perrysburg and Sylvania. Dr. Sarah Stierman shares her routine, advice and skincare tips.

Morning: Wash face, apply sunscreen, set intentions for the day. Listen to a podcast, music or audiobook.

Work: See patients for botox, check ups, freezing spots and more. Handle administrative tasks. Feel blessed for my strong, female coworkers.

Evening: Spend time with my two children and husband, meal planning, pet my four cats and two dogs. Put my phone away, practice skincare routine (i.e., growth factor and retinoid).

“Be persistent. If you have goals or dreams you want to achieve, you have to persist and realize that failures, diversions and tripping up – it’s just something that you can use to learn and rise even stronger and be even more directed in your path.”
