Issue Box Theatre Presents “I Want You To See Me”

Issue Box Theatre presents its annual “I Want You To See Me” project Wednesday, Sept. 18 through Friday, Sept. 20. 

The video will be available to watch virtually between 9 am on Wednesday, Sept. 18 and 9 pm on Wednesday, Oct. 16.

A short film, amplifying the voices of lived marginalized experiences,” Issue Box Theatre wrote on the website.

The “I Want You To See Me” project is a collaborative Virtual Viewing Performance that aims to amplify the voices and stories of communities and societies that have been silenced. The project is inclusive of numerous lived experiences and stories.

Tickets for the virtual viewing experience can be purchased on On The Stage for $10.

Issue Box Theatre is a non-profit organization of “actorvist.” The organization is dedicated to activism using theatre and art. The organization has various programs and workshops that use storytelling and improv as tools to facilitate discussion.
