Saturday, March 21st from 10am-1pm at the Lucas County Rec Center, Key Street entrance, 1800 Key Street, Nature’s Nursery is partnering with AIM ECycling to host E-Cycling For The Animals for the seventh year. A suggested donation of $10 per carload will benefit Nature’s Nursery, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to caring for sick, injured and orphaned wildlife and preserving their natural habitats.
E-Cycling For The Animals provides area residents and businesses with a secure and environmentally responsible way to dispose of unwanted electronics. With more than 50 million tons of e-waste generated globally each year, recycling helps keep hazardous materials out of landfills while allowing valuable metals and plastics to be reclaimed. In addition, AIM ECycling’s R2 certification ensures stringent standards for responsible recycling and secure data destruction, helping protect against identity theft and data breaches.
