Robert Randolph & the Family Band will be among the headliners at the free Black Swamp Arts Festival Friday-Sunday, September 5-7 in downtown Bowling Green. Randolph, a pedal steel guitar ace who has performed with such stars as Eric Clapton and Carlos Santana, takes the stage at 8pm Saturday.
