An off-kilter take on the classic detective, presented by the Toledo Rep, beginning October 25, with the production of Michigan playwright David MacGregor’s satirical Sherlock Holmes and the Adventure of the Elusive Ear. Featuring appearances by famous figures such as Vincent Van Gogh and Oscar Wilde, MacGregor’s play offers an entertaining send-up of classic Holmes lore while reimagining a character the world has revered for over a century.
