But McConnell and his staff go beyond just their paid services, and try to serve the community in other ways. For example, Dunright had a client with a disability who needed window work done, but could not afford the repair. Dunright not only agreed to take on the repair, but ordered, purchased and installed the windows as a gift. The client has been a great friend to the company ever since.
On top of that, McConnell is largely active with Donate Life Ohio, after having been an organ recipient himself. He encourages his staff to volunteer and help out in any way they can.
