Shobu’s One Year Anniversary
The Hollywood Casino staple, Shobu by Kengo, celebrated its one year anniversary in January. Guests came to roll their own sushi, enjoy traditional dishes like Teishoku and Nigiri and to say congratulations to Chef Kengo Kato and the rest of the Shobu family.
