A shopping center in Ohio is likely one of the last places you’d imagine would be home to a sandcastle but, for the last six years, Levis Commons has made bizarre beach dreams come true. Head to Perrysburg to watch sculptures emerge from four eight-ton sand piles and play in a 50-foot community sandbox (fully stocked with toys, buckets and other castle-making supplies) during Sand-Tastic. Enjoy live music, BMX stunt demos, bounce houses, plus games, plenty of activities for kids, and more. Noon-8pm. Friday, June 23 and Saturday, June 24.
