Yoga and Cocktails: Together at Last

Sometimes when I leave a yoga class— and feel properly light and limber— the realities of daytime stressors find their way back to me. And while not every workout should end with a toast, I think that rewarding some of our efforts with a treat can keep the self-love buzz that exercise rewards us with buzzing a little bit longer. Not convinced? Look to the interdependence of little league and ice cream for inspiration.

If you agree, and have a thirst for craft brews, wines and craft cocktails, then you’re likely in the right position for Happy (YOGA) Hour.

Rocket Yoga instructor, Malena Caruso, will lead a 75-minute class, giving plenty of mat time to lift spirits. After, imbibe in the spirit of your choice, along with light snacks and conversation.

Arrive at 4:30pm on Friday, May 20 for the 5pm class. Please bring your own mat. $20 (cash or check).
