Try a daring new form of exercise— walking on stilts! This four-week course will teach participants of any age to keep their balance, how to fall without hurting yourself (very important), tricky footwork and how to create the four-legged stilt creatures seen at festivals. Wear comfy shoes and clothes that cover your shins.
