Sunshine, a local non-profit dedicated to providing services to people with developmental disabilities in the Toledo area, is hosting its 16th annual Walk, 5k Run & Roll at Monclova Elementary School on September 7. Proceeds from the event will go to benefit the one thousand people with developmental disabilities that are served by Sunshine. Attendees can participate in either the competitive, certified 5K run or enjoy a relaxing nature walk along the beautiful trail. The Walk, 5k Run & Roll is an event for all ages—there will be a children's activity area with craft projects, music and more for the kids to enjoy.
