You’ve seen circus performers accomplish amazing stunts. You’ve observed incredible acrobatic performances. Ever wonder how athletes like this are able to repeat such specific routines without pain and strain? Learn anatomy basics, self-massage and partnered soft-tissue techniques during the two-part Injury Prevention and Body Maintenance Workshop. Led by movement instructor Johanna Vargas, LMT, BCTMB, the two-part workshop will focus on preventing and alleviating pain. Each participant will leave with a manual by Vargas with additional information on self-care and the techniques explored in class.
