A Toledo favorite, Japanese restaurant KotoBuki has unveiled a sleek new menu design and added to their already abundant menu selections. Menu items include Sgt. Peppers, a gourmet tempura fried jalapeno, stuffed with cream cheese, crab and spicy tuna, the Kotobuki Sashimi Salad with fresh fish arranged with spring mix lettuce and special dressing, Kimchi Fried Rice with made-in-house kimchee and a new roll, Light My Fire featuring shrimp tempura, cucumber, avocado, spicy tuna and jalapeno. Take yourself out for a fine dining experience and sample KotoBuki’s new items, along with their consistent favorites.
Hours are Monday – Saturday 11:30am-2pm, and 5-9:30pm,
